Refund Policy

You are eligible to request a refund upon receiving the initial design concepts without restrictions. However, once you request modifications to these concepts or approve them, our refund policy ceases to apply, and no refunds can be facilitated. Below are the refund regulations you agree to upon signing up for our services:

Before Initial Draft Delivery

If you request a refund before receiving the first design draft, you will be refunded the full amount paid minus a 10% service and processing fee.

Within 48 Hours of Order Placement

A refund of 66% of the amount paid is available if requested within 48 hours of placing your order, subject to a 10% deduction for service and processing fees.

Between 48 and 120 Hours After Initial Design Receipt

You can request a 33% refund of the amount paid, with a 10% deduction for the service and processing fee.

After 120 Hours

No refund requests will be accepted beyond 120 hours after the initial design delivery. For any other service issues or inquiries, our support team remains at your disposal.

Inactive Orders

No refunds can be requested for orders inactive for over 30 days. Such orders can be reinstated, but a reinstatement fee will apply.

After Final File Delivery

Once final files have been delivered, we do not accept any refund requests.

Post Website Deployment

After the completion of website development or its live deployment, we do not process refunds.

Refund Request Procedure

All refund requests must go through our support department. We reserve the right to approve or deny refunds based on each case. Violations of our user agreement may lead to order termination without notice.

Package-Specific Policy

Our refund policy applies uniformly to all custom and individual packages. Refunds are only possible during the initial design phase.

Refund Criteria

To request a refund, you must provide a valid reason related to the initial brief or the feedback provided during revisions. Refunds are contingent on the delivered design failing to meet the stipulated requirements. If dissatisfied, you may request further revisions.

Money-Back Guarantee

Our guarantee relies on the good faith in which you placed your order. Orders duplicated across multiple companies to claim a refund are deemed disloyal, and such refund requests will be denied.

Client Involvement

Active participation and feedback are crucial. Lack of involvement or justified reasoning may preclude a refund.

Design Uniqueness

We strive to create unique designs. If similarities to existing designs occur, please request a revision. We are not liable for any copying post-delivery, nor will refunds or compensation be provided. Clients are responsible for copyrighting their designs and branding.
